By booking a room, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in (as per Indian law).

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of fraud, misconduct, or error.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Early check-in or late check-out may be charged additionally and is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and selected wallets.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay.

• Any damage to property, disturbance, or illegal activity may lead to eviction without a refund.

• Outside food or alcohol may be restricted on the premises (check with front desk).

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under [e.g., 5 years] can stay free with existing bedding.

• Extra beds may be available upon request and at an additional charge.

7. Pets Policy

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
