a) Physical Products:

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Within Uttarakhand: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Shipping is done via trusted courier partners.

b) Digital Products (e.g., E-vouchers):

Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.

💸 3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (within India).
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50–₹100 may apply, depending on the delivery location.
All applicable charges will be shown before checkout or order confirmation.

📍 4. Order Tracking

For physical deliveries, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once shipped.
For digital deliveries, confirmation will be shared directly to your registered contact.

📞 5. Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe or the item is damaged:

We’ll assist with re-delivery or resolution as quickly as possible.

Currently, we only ship within India.
